The Global Book Alliance hosted a webinar, titled Mobilizing Audio for Learning During and After COVID-19 on June 25, 2020. The webinar introduced the range of USAID-funded audio teaching and learning resources available to missions and partner governments on the Global Digital Library. It provided insights and recommendations for using audio to both support learning during COVID-19 and to strengthen the resilience of education systems to additional shocks. Global Digital Library representatives and audio learning experts from EDC outlined the power of audio as an education system enhancement, introduced the available resources, and outlined steps to ensure quality of repurposed existing resources and new materials development.
